Case Club Return Policy?
At Case Club, the return policy is as follows:
- A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and the original invoice must accompany all returns for defective and non-defective merchandise.
- Non-returnable products are non-stocked items that are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. The sale is final.

Defective merchandise may be returned for replacement or a refund (excluding all shipping charges) if the following conditions are met:
- The date of return is within 30 days of purchase.
- Original packaging is used with return.
- The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover the product’s defect.
- Non-defective stock merchandise may be returned for a refund (excluding all shipping charges & 25% restocking fee) within 30 days of purchase, provided the case is not damaged or used and is returned in its original packaging.
- No returns or refunds on the following products or based on the following situations:
- Special order merchandise including: All foam inserts and foam products (including inserts that come in cases), all cases where foam or material is glued in, all custom cases, all cases which are modified including printing, non-stock cases or discounted cases, all flashlights.
